Summary
|
Cole began his commercial real estate career in 2001 in Trammell Crow Company's ("TCC") Austin, Texas office. He has a wealth of experience primarily representing the interests of corporate users of office, industrial, and flex space. Cole returned to his roots as a native Virginian in early 2006 and was entrusted with the task of re-establishing Trammell Crow Company's brokerage presence in the Richmond and surrounding markets (Roanoke, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, etc.). Desiring a platform that would allow him to specialize exclusively on Tenant Representation, Cole left TCC to found the real estate firm, Endeavor Corporate Services in December of 2006.
